Jewellery Insurance Claims

It can be very distressing when your beloved piece of jewellery is lost or damaged. If this happens and you need to make a claim on your insurance policy, most insurers, will ask for a Post Lost documents which we can help you with. This outlines the work we feel needs carrying out and the cost.

When dealing with jewellery insurance claims, the insurance company may also ask for any proof of ownership, valuations or images of the piece (this can sometimes be as simple as a holiday snap with it being worn).

Once the insurers have accepted your jewellery insurance claim they will most probably refer you to LMG (Loss Management Group) who specialise in jewellery insurance claims. They will issue you with a GemCheck card with your claim details on. This will need to be show to any of their preferred jewellers across the country, of which we are one.
