Jewellery Restyling

One of the great things about jewellery is the sentimental value it holds, whether it is a ring passed down through generations or the first piece a loved one bought for you. As time passes, tastes in jewellery change or that much loved piece has been worn so much it is beyond repair. The big question is what to do with it?

Restyle your Jewellery with a Contemporary Jewellery Design
With our restyling service we can work with you to craft a contemporary jewellery design that you will love and that you can pass down to future generations.

After the initial discussion with our modern jewellery designer, he will draw and water colour a new contemporary jewellery design which can be emailed to you or if you wish can be viewed at our showroom.
Once you are happy with your design our gemmologist and goldsmith will work together to remove your stones from the original piece.

The precious metals from the original piece can be reused for the new jewellery design if you wish, however, we do suggest that unless there is a strong sentimental value in the old metal, we use new metal, as this ensures it is of a high quality and does not contain any impurities sometimes found in antique metal. If you are happy for us to use new metal, we offset the value of the old metal against the price of the restyling.

We ask for a 50% non refundable deposit before crafting begins on your new design. It should take 6 to 10 weeks for the new piece to be completed and sent for hallmarking to the Assay Office. If you require the piece to be completed more quickly, please let us know and we will try our best to complete it in a reduced time.
